WONDERFUL VINTAGE STYLE 12" TENNIS BRONZE-SIGNED LAVERGNE

Description

Solid bronze vintage style tennis player at the top of his serve, approx 12" to the top of the racquet, a little over 10" to the top of the head.  I really don't know how old this is, I have had this for about 30 years and this is the first time I am offering this for sale.  The base is signed "LAVERGNE"  The buyer can determine the age.  If the buyer wants, they can make a base and attach with the 2 holes in the bottom of the bronze, this would make a wonderful tennis trophy or just leave it like it is.  This stands very solid, no wobble.   There is a break where the outer edge of the tennis racquet meets the handle.  I am sure this can easily be re-soldered.  I am only selling this because we are downsizing and I just don't have room for everything.  Item is guaranteed as described, refunds less all shipping. No International shipping without prior approval.  This very heavy bronze will be sent with extra bubble wrap in a box via USPS Priority Mail Ins. or Fed.
