Westinghouse Air Throttle “M1” Vintage Railroad Baldwin Diesel

Westinghouse Air Brake Throttle Valve Independent “D-1” Vintage Railroad. I believe it was reconditioned within the last 20 years but I am not sure. From what I understand is that it is a Westinghouse Air Valve for a Baldwin Diesel Locomotive. . Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
Please Note that I will remove the handle to ship the valve easier. Yes the handle will be shipped with it still.
