Western signal crossing bell railroad bell. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.this is a working western crossing bell, rings when hooked to 12 volts d.c this bell has rust and the cover has a chip out of it but bell disc is not broken see pics. I have media blasted the outside of bell and primed and painted it also
The base does not have the pipe mounting bracket you will have to make your own.please ask quedtions before bidding
