No Clue
If It Came From A Local High School or College?  I Was Going To Google Some Of The Names - But I Just Don't Have The Time.  I Bought It At An Auction Recently.

Condition:
Pre-Owned.  The overall condition is "Fair."  It does show a certain degree of "wear" from being handled over the years.  The signatures are fairly faded - some more than others.  Also, the
hole to inert the needle to add air is gone/not working
(as shown in the last photo).  The Ball has
approximately
50%-60% air in it and seems to remain at that level?
