You may or may not recall, but these were very popular back in the day!
Portions of the stickers are FLORESCENT (bright orange color)
and will glow even brighter when under a BLACK LIGHT.
You have to have a BLACK LIGHT to achieve the max florescent  effect
as seen in the above photo.
Of course, the stickers sill look cool without  floro lighting!
