Description
This carnival glass sugar bowl and creamer set have beautiful floral and lattice patterns which is also known as Normandie. It was produced by Federal glass from 1933 to 1940. Both are in very good condition with the exception of a small flat nick to the edge of the lower foot rim on the sugar bowl (see last close up photo). No other chips or cracks. Beautiful set for use or a carnival glass collection! Shipping is based on 3 pounds packed weight.I am not an expert, so please ask any questions you may have prior to bidding (preferably before the last day of the listing as I am not always at the computer).
I have described the condition, and provided overall measurements, so be sure you are OK with those specific details, or ask any questions you may have prior to bidding being all sales are final and offered as is, as I no longer accept returns unless not as described.
I
f there was an error on my part, I
encourage buyer to contact and communicate with me via ebay message by selecting the option "I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message"
(not item not as described option). If there is a legitimate reason for a return, item must be returned in condition it was sold, and original packing and box it was shipped in within 14 days. Purchase price will be refunded. Original and return ship cost will not be refunded unless it is a matter of an error on my part.
I do not tolerate being taken advantage of. Attempts to undermine this will result in buyer being placed on the blocked bidder list & reported to eBay for abusing
money back guarantee
programs and/or misusing returns!
Thank you.
I also have
other carnival glass and vintage items listed if you are interested, and will gladly combine shipping on items that are not too large, heavy, or unsafe to pack together. Buyer must request a total before paying for multiple items, and items must be paid for together in one payment in order to receive combined shipping.
A note to some sellers.....I do report description/picture theft! Please be courteous and creative enough to spend the time on your own listings as I have had to. Thank you!
Buyers please read my notes below regarding shipping and terms, and please realize that I don't control the amount that the shipping carriers charge ... I don't like it either!
I prefer PayPal from all buyers
(in U.S. dollars for all destinations outside of the
U.S.
).
Be assured that I pack well, but any item damaged in transit should be submitted as an insurance claim ... NOT A CASE, and NOT A RETURN! If you can not take care of an insurance claim yourself, please shop elsewhere! I don't mean to sound rude, but you will have the item, box, and packing to present for an insurance claim inspection. If you pull this on me, I will not do business with you again.
U.S. buyers ...
agree to pay their choice of USPS Priority or Parcel Post shipping plus insurance (included on the calculator costs).
Please realize that Parcel Post shipping is slower!
International buyers ...
I am offering First Class shipping (estimated delivery time "varies" ... faster to Canada) with the following terms ...
First Class International packages cannot be insured, and buyer must agree that this option will be shipped at their own risk! Buyer also agrees not hold me liable for loss or damage if they choose a shipping option that cannot be insured.
Buyers who go against my stated policy will be placed on my blocked bidder list! I don't mean to sound harsh, but I don't want to be taken advantage of when I am trying to help keep shipping costs as low as possible for my buyers.
Buyer is welcome to choose Priority International shipping if they require faster service and/or insurance.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges (if any are incurred) are the buyer's responsibility.
Although most buyers are very good about paying for their items, there are a few who must be told.....
Please do not bid unless you intend to pay!
An unpaid item case will automatically open after 7 days, and
bidder will be placed on the blocked bidder list!
Thank you!
