This is a SCOTT 12" x 3/8" Stretch Elastic Nylon Safety Cat Collar with a Bell.  Made of high quality 3/8" stretch elastic nylon and hardware.  Includes a chrome plated steel tongue buckle and D-ring.  Also includes a miniature sleigh bell attached to the D-ring.  The buckle and D-ring are secured to the collar using a nylon weld.  This soft, durable collar will stretch to allow the cat to slip free if caught.  The collar will not snag.  The total length of the collar is 12".  There are no holes in the collar.  To adjust the collar to the appropriate size, simply punch the tongue of the buckle through the braided nylon.  This is a great little collar.  It looks good, and it is safe, too.  The color is black.
