the  top  (  8 "  with  spout  &  handle  )  ,  stands  8 "
tall  ,
and
holds  42  ounces  .  It  has   NO   damage
like  chips  ,  flakes  ,
dings  ,  bruises  ,  repairs  ,
or  cracks  ...... NO

bubbles  ,
scratches  ,  stains  ,  or  utensil   marks  ..... Color  is
