How to put the brace on.
Align Belt Properly
Position belt over abdominal area as depicted in image above.
Position over affected area
Pad is recommended to be affixed to the velcro strip on the inner part of the hernia belt. Place the silicone pad directly over your hernia to prevent discomfort and protrusion.
Overlap Bands and Fasten
Once curved areaof belt is positioned properly over naval area, proceed to overlap left band over right (inner) and secure them tightly with the velcro as depicted.
Throw your clothes over it
The goal is for the circular firm pad to rest against your hernia creating compression. Re-adjust and Re-tighten to achieve this. Throw your clothes over once belt is properly secured.
