You are buying a working Nikon Super Coolscan LS-5000 ED slide/film scanner with accessories.
Nikon's LS-5000 ED cannot be beat for digitizing 35mm slides or 35mm strip film (positive or negative).  It has a maximum resolution of 4000dpi, which is enough to render full frame images at 4K video resolution even with some cropping.  It is capable of 16-bit depth for both color and B/W film, enough for all but the most demanding professional work.  Nikon's software offers tools to customize your scans, including multiple passes, analog gain controls for each color channel, sharpening, and ICE digital dust and scratch elimination.  The interface is USB, so compatible with almost every contemporary computer.  The scanner can do single mounted 35mm slides using the MA-21 adapter (included) or strip film using Nikon's MA-20 film strip adapter (not included).  The LS-5000 ED will also work with either the SF-200 or SF-210 slide feeder (neither included) to automatically load and scan batches of mounted slides.
I used this LS-5000 with G4 and G5 Macintosh computers running Nikon's software under OS 10.4.11.  Nikon says that this scanner can also be used with PC's, but you will have to research the system requirements to be sure that your PC can run this scanner.
This particular LS-5000 is serial number 423206.  It was professionally cleaned and lubricated in 2020, just before I bought it.  The 1-year warranty still has a few months to run, but I don't know if it is transferable.  I have been using this LS-5000 along with two others to scan batches of mounted 35mm slides, and it has been working perfectly.

35mm slide scanned at maximum resolution using 4x multisampling and without ICE digital dust and scratch elimination.  The JPEG output file had to be slightly compressed in order to fit within eBay's 12Mbyte maximum photo size.  Actual resolution is therefore slightly better than shown in the photo.  (The sky is such a dark blue because the image was taken using a polarizing filter.)
So why am I selling this scanner?
I have two complete batch scanning setups using LS-5000 ED scanners equipped with SF-210 slide feeders.  All my LS-5000 scanners have been so reliable that I no longer need to keep a spare on the shelf.
This listing includes the LS-5000 ED scanner shown, a power cord, an MA-21 slide holder for scanning individual mounted 35mm slides, a USB cable, Nikon software DVD's, and an original LS-5000 manual.
