looks like just a net with no window to fit over a kelty deuce coupe stroller. black with some red along the zipper. I just noticed tape on the package so I went ahead and opened it up and took photos.  doesn't look like it was used. it is just a net that stretches over and connects with velcro and straps. good quality and has reflective strips. thanks for looking
