Shipping rates are based on package weight and dimensions from 28115, Mooresville, NC to your destination. eBay provides you the rate based on these numbers.
I ship to the address listed in your eBay account. If you have a different address that your item needs to be shipped to, you must notify me prior to creating a shipping label and shipping charges may change due to the address.
I package all my items with care and provide a tracking number once a shipping label is created. Once an item leaves my home it is no longer my responsibility.
Consider insurance for higher priced items.

Should there be an issue with a damaged item and insurance WAS purchased it is the buyers responsibility to save all the boxes, packing materials, and to file the claim online with the USPS. I will assist in any manner I can, but you will ultimately be responsible to start the process online and go to your local post office, if instructed, with the damaged package for the Postmaster to examine. This is because USPS will reimburse you and not me - so the claim must be initiated by the buyer.
