RARE Early American Pattern Glass Vintage Marigold Iridescent Carnival Glass Stork Vase #312
Made by the DC Jenkins Glass Company.
Vase is 7 1/2" Tall, Opening is 3" and 2 1/2" at the base.
Stork is only found on one side of the vase, raised from the surface with stippling over the rest of the surface.
It was made by the DC Jenkins Glass Company in Kokomo IN around 1906-1923
This vase was originally made as a container for pickles. "Combined use of any commercial product purchased for consumption was made more attractive by the thought of later use of the container."(www.carnivalheaven.com)
Vase is in excellent used condition. There are no cracks or chips. Highly iridescent.
