The Go Sports LED Light-Up Football allows players to play or practice football in low light conditions. This is huge advantage for many people who don't have access to a lighted field. The youth size 6 Football uses a high powered impact activated LED to illuminate the entire ball. The LEDs are on a 30 second timer that automatically shuts off when not in use. To activate the LEDs, simply hit or kick the ball. This technology is far superior to weakly lit glow-in-the-dark balls that last only a matter of minutes. The Go Sports LED Football with remain lit for up to 20 continuous hours of use and the batteries are easy to change. The football has a dimpled grip surface with laces so a wide variety of ages can get a great grip on the ball.
