    Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs, scratches and adhesive/glue residue especially on the side of the stand from normal use.
    Notes:
    The timer and regulator were set, then we depressed the foot pedal and the air was expelled out the front port for the duration of time set from the timer.  The regulator controls the left guage and the "dial" above the front air port controls the right guage as seen in the images.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
