CNG Storage, 3-pack, 24 feet 5,500psi, Forged, CP Industries READY for CNG / RNG

Description

You are looking at 3-pack CNG storage vessels rated to 5500 psi. This is a 24-feet long 3-pack which has been the most commonly used in high volume CNG station development. This 3-packs CNG tube was retired as a part of the fully operational CNG Stations around  June 15th 2020 and do not have any physical or cosmetic damage. All of the bottles are in a great shape and show minimal wear. They can be easily restored to their original condition with applying couple of layers of 2-stage epoxy paint.
All cylinders are gas freed and were nitrogen purged per NG and AGA purge procedures around 6/25/20). They both are ready for transportation and have been verified CNG free.
The 20-inch outside diameter, cylindrical CNG storage vessels are for the commercial dispensing of compressed natural gas to motor vehicles at CNG fuel stations. The vessels can supply CNG at up to 5,500 psi to a fill-up nozzle. Typical commercial systems supply CNG to the customer vehicles’ fuel tanks at ~3,600 psi. CNG Storage were build according to all required standards: ASME Section 8, Division I. Analysis of cyclic pressure loadings between 4,500 and 3,500 psi yields a vessel life of 295 years. Design also incorporates strength requirements for maximum wind and seismic loads.
