SCENIC PEGGY’S COVE, NOVA SCOTIA
Every season finds tourists, artists, and photographers visiting both the cove and lighthouse. The cove was named after an early settler, and first appeared on a map made in 1811. The surf on Lighthouse Point is spectacular, especially after an easterly storm, but can be dangerous. The rustic appeal found here is enjoyed by all in Canada’s Ocean Playground.
