If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the order. The order must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. We will not accept returns without a RMA. All returned merchandise must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Return and expedited shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If the return is the consequence of our error or a defective item then we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you.

What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped free within the continental United States. Our goal is to ship all items within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped USPS or UPS and generally arrive within 1-4 business days.
Free shipping and handling applies to continental US addresses only and free shipping is not available for AK, HI, PR and other international shipments.
