Antique 1909 Canadian National Railway Cosmo Model 2 Dating Stamp

I have for sale an antique Cosmo Model 2 railroad date stamp.
This stamp was used on the Canadian National Railway. The stamp has C N RY & ?. I am not quite sure who that is supposed to represent after the "&" symbol
As you can see in the (3rd) photo above. The part that is stamped with the Cosmo name can pull right out. I am unfamiliar with these pieces so I wanted to highlight that in case that is an issue. There also appears to be a hairline in the brass area where the C N RY & H stamp is. Please, I have uploaded over (3) dozen photos below to give you an extremely thorough view of the is rare Canadian National Railway piece.
You wont come across another Canadian National Railway Cosmo stamp.
