ALCO American Locomotive Company Diesel Engine Builders Plate/Serial Tag/Plaque. Condition is "New". This is a beautiful metal, potentially brass, plaque from the American Locomotive Company Power Inc. It has not been used and as such is extremely rare, especially in this great condition. Presumably this would be affixed to a diesel train engine as a makers plate, builders plate, or serial tag as it has a spot to list the Engine Model Number and the Engine number, as well as the Order Number.
This is a beautiful and unique display piece perfect for diesel engine enthusiasts, train memorabellia collectors, Americana collectors, or ALCO collectors.
