American Eagle 1 oz Proof Gold Bullion Coin

Description

This American Eagle 1 ounce PROOF gold bullion coin looks just as it did on the day it was issued.  This legal tender gold bullion coin has Augustus St. Gaudens' "Walking Lady Liberty" on the front, and a family of eagles on the back.  As required in the legislation authorizing the coin, a male eagle is carrying an olive branch and flying above a nest with a female eagle and hatchlings.
Comes as shown with original box and display case, plus certificate of authenticity signed by Donna Pope, Director of the U. S. mint.
