    Description

    Offered for sale is a rusty piece of incredible history.  Logging railroad tie plates, found buried in the woods in Northwest Oregon.   The rails were removed in the 1920s or 1930s and these tie plates were discarded and left behind, only be recovered 100 years later.
    Obviously, these artifacts are very rusted and dirty and will be shipped just as you see.  The buyer will be responsible for cleaning if desired.   Great display piece.
